Return Policy:

All consignment items are final sales and will not be taken back for returns under any circumstances. 

Consignment Agreement

Information: We accept high end, designer products that are high quality and in “like new” condition. All items must be cleaned, freshly washed, in season and in style. No clothing older than 2 years.

There is no limit to how many items. Please make sure it is the best of the best. We have limited space in store for consignment  and want to offer our customers the best selection. Please don’t take it personally if we reject an item or items that you bring in. We only consign items that we think will appeal to our customers. No modification of this agreement shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

Price: Luxury Love Consignment, we use our knowledge of the market and our experience to set our prices. We price your items based on several factors- brand, the season, the condition of your item, and what the market will bear.  

 

Payment: 

Handbags, Wallet & Small Leather goods: the consigner receives 70% compensation of list price.

Shoes, Jewlely & Clothing: the consigner recieves 60% compensation of list price. 

You will receive your payout by: Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App

Consigning period: The item is listed for 60 days minimun and the consigner can decide to extend the listing if the item did not sell.

Unsold items:You may pick up your items at anytime during or after the consignment period, but it is your responsibility to do so.

Items left after 30 days will be donated. You can choose to donate your clothing instead of picking them up.
